Most of the partners of the project joined this weekend in Brussels for the Kick-off meeting of the project. It was a chance to meet each other and discuss the important points of the project: The Action Plan, Timeline and Working Methodology.
On December 3-4th, All the partners but 2 came to Brussels to launch the project and pave the way for a successful implementation.
The Action Plan was approved, the Timeline was finalised and we started discussion on our working methods, Finances, the Quality Assurance framework for the project and some other minor items.
The event went well, partners expressed their interests and expectations and we managed to start building solid foundation for the project.
